Foul Sewer Design

Maciver Consultancy Services Ltd has provided services to design public and private foul sewer connections.  On housing schemes all design work is carried out in accordance with Sewers for Scotland and Technical Approval is obtained from Scottish Water.  Examples of sites where innovative solutions where required are the Melbost Housing Development and the Claddach Kirkibost Housing Development.  On private schemes all design work is carried out within the Building Regulations. Advice will be given as to the most suitable treatment system for any site where a connection to a public sewer is not available.
